Agreement
By using chae and subscribing to the 4-Day Glow Ritual, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The subscription
The 4-Day Glow Ritual is a subscription billed at $40 per month. Each cycle you receive a fresh four-day ritual personalized to your quiz answers. Prices and product details may change; we’ll give notice of material changes before they take effect.
Cancellation
You can pause or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us — no questions asked. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund a cycle already shipped, except as covered by our guarantee.
30-day guarantee
If you’re not happy within 30 days of your first order, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Shipping
US shipping is included. We aim to deliver your ritual in time for your countdown; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
